Key takeaways

  • Our lobby remains open and staff are available to serve you.
  • We will close between noon and 1:00 pm for lunch.
  • We encourage use of fax, email, postal service, front door mail slot, or NetClient portals for document delivery.
  • All deliverables such as tax returns will be sent through NetClient portals or postal service.

Our lobby remains open and available to clients. We are closing from 12 noon until 1:00 pm for lunch. We encourage you to send documents to us by fax, NetClient portal, NetClient mobile app, or postal service, but if you need to visit our office please keep a distance of six feet between you and our staff.

We continue to monitor the situation and will make adjustments to our business procedures as warranted. Effective March 23 our staff accountants have begun working from home. This is to ensure services can continue to be provided in the event of an infection in our office. All staff are available by telephone by calling the office phone number or by email.

Due to these adjustments we are asking clients to:

  1. Use NetClient portals, fax or postal service whenever possible to deliver documents to us.
  2. If you need to visit our office, please maintain six feet between you and our staff.
  3. Please respond to requests for documents as quickly as possible. With staff working from home we may not be able to meet a deadline if information isn't provided timely.
  4. With fewer staff in the office please leave voicemails if you call and do not connect with someone.

Out of an abundance of caution we are modifying our office procedures due to the effects of the COVID-19 virus.

  1. Our offices will close for lunch between 12 noon and 1:00 pm.
  2. Before we open at 9:00 am and reopen at 1:00 pm areas of our lobby will be wiped down and sanitized to the best of our ability. Pens, candy, books, and magazines have been removed from the lobby. Should you need a pen to sign your documents we will gladly provide you with one that you may keep.
  3. We will no longer schedule face-to-face meetings. We will gladly answer your questions over the phone or by email.
  4. All deliverables such as tax returns and other documents will be posted to your portal or mailed to you based upon your preference. Signed documents may be uploaded to your portal, faxed or mailed to our office. We do not recommend unsecured email for delivering confidential and personally identifying information.

We will work to prepare tax returns as quickly as possible; however, we do expect additional government guidance to further impact our business. As the virus spreads we may be forced to take more drastic measures which may slow the preparation of returns and other deliverables. We will keep you updated.

All U.S. and GA income tax returns and payments that were due April 15, 2020 are now due on July 15, 2020. Click here for additional details.

We realize these new procedures may be an inconvenience, but we believe they are necessary to protect our staff and clients. We look forward to returning to normal hours and procedures as soon as possible.
