Frequently Asked Questions
  1. What is the price for your services?
  2. Do you bill me if I have a question during the year?
  3. Do I need a CPA?

What is the price for your services?

That is a very tough question to answer because there are so many variables. Do you need just a personal tax return done? Or are we handling a partnership tax return with 10 partners? The answer will vary but our method of telling you will not. We offer fixed-price agreements which means we don’t bill most projects on an hourly basis. That means you will know the price of our services before we begin our work. Give us a call and we’ll give you a complimentary quote.

Do you bill me if I have a question during the year?

We don't like to nickel-and-dime our clients, so we don’t charge for short phone calls or emails. We want you to feel comfortable calling us because many times we can avert a serious problem with a simple answer.  If we discuss a question you have and it’s not a short consultation, we will let you know ahead of time if there will be an additional fee. We will quote you a price before we expend any time so you can determine the benefit of the information related to its price.

Do I need a CPA?

Yes!  You may be asking, "Don't you want to understand my needs before you answer?" We do want to understand, that's part of what we do, but our answer is still YES!

As Certified Public Accountants, we have the proven knowledge and experience to help you wherever you are in life. Whether its accounting services needed to organize your financial records or prepare a financial statement for business management, financing applications, or regulatory requirements; tax services to help you minimize your tax liability and comply with tax laws; or advice on personal or business financial matters, a CPA is prepared to help you address these complex issues in a way that gives you peace of mind from knowing you received accurate and professional service.

You may have wondered what sets CPAs apart from other financial professionals. The answer in short: A lot. We typically begin our careers with years of college. To become licensed, we must take the demanding Uniform CPA Examination, which tests our knowledge on a wide range of business topics over a total period of 14 hours. In addition, we have to meet an experience requirement and then be licensed by a State Board of Accountancy to practice. But it doesn’t stop there. Once we become CPAs, we also must meet continuing education requirements to update our knowledge of new business developments as well as commit to a strict code of ethical standards. Armed with this rigorous training, we’re on the job year round, ready to help individuals and businesses address their own unique challenges. If you want more information about our firm and how we can help you resolve all your financial issues, don’t hesitate to contact us.
